10:00 am – Leaders Meeting/Free time
10:30 – Ministry Preps/Free time
11:15 – Lunch at Gateway
11:45 – Leave for Ministry Sites
12:30 – Arrive for first ministry block
3:00 – Break and snacks
3:30 – Switch to second ministry block
5:45 – Leave the ministry sites and head back to Gateway
6:30 – Dinner
7:00 – Leader’s meeting
7:30 – Church team debrief
8:00 – Worship
8:30 – Free time (9:00 on Thursday–we will have an extended share time).
10:30 pm – LIGHTS OUT!!! (No Jokes … too many personality types to not take this seriously!)
