Mission Trip Leadership Opportunity: Spending your summer in Mexico
Hey all. Thanks for following our ministry here in Matamoros. Here’s an opportunity that we wanted to share with you:
A summer spent at the Gateway near Matamoros, Mexico is a summer you will never forget. Whether it is: the exposure to extreme poverty and pure ministry; the long, hot days of leading youth and building communities; the opportunity to live in community and forge life-long friendships; or the loving investment made by the full-time staff; there is something unique about a summer spent at the Gateway.The demand is high, the work is hard, the days are long, but the rewards and refreshment are so sweet. This year, Aaron and Lorren Havens as well as Jonathan and Shannon Almanzar will be spending their life on yours at the Gateway. Encouraging, provoking, loving, and listening will be their commitment to you and what will be your commitment to the churches and teens that come to minister in Mexico.
You will get to see the difference that a missions trip makes in the lives of the receivers, senders, and goers. You will get the opportunity to lead, staff, and serve on these trips throughout the summer.
If you are looking for a place to serve, and are ready for your world to be expanded, or if you have been to the Gateway before and are looking for a way back, we invite you to come and see.
